Could you please explain the deletion reason further? It's interesting to me how different deletion practices are here as compared to Wikivoyage, where I'm a bureaucrat. If someone made an inappropriate edit on existing text on a talk page on Wikivoyage, we'd just revert the edit and might take some kind of action in regard to the user who made the edit (we might ignore them, might post a warning to their user talk page, or might block them right away if it were serious vandalism). We wouldn't normally delete a talk page unless the only text on it was vandalism, spam or copyright violation. I don't know. It could be seen as an argument to add more organizations to the list. Was Adilalarp the only editor of that page? If so, they could have just chosen to blank their comments.
